Second day of 2009

The second day of 2009, I got a big surprise from Myhubby.

As usual, I had lunch with Penny and Myhubby near our condo. I didn't realize much of his action. Just know that he had to send his car for repair, and I'm catching up with time, so I left the place early.

Back to the office, indeed it's a boring yet busy day. Boring because everyone is still on holiday. Busy because it's the beginning of the year, and you have a lot of things to plan ahead and set some targets and goals to achieve.

While I was sitting in front of the screen day dreaming, suddenly my admin called me "Grace, you got flowers". I was like "Huh?What day is today? Any special occasion? Would it be Myhubby? or from someone else?"

Confirmed! It's from Myhubby. He's a romantic person. So many times he had surprised me (in a good way) that make me cried, and I just can't help myself to love him more.

It's time to count the occasions he had sent me flowers before my memories fade away.

1. The day I turned 21 (my first birthday with him, it's roses)
2. Another birthday (year 2005 received it at his home while he's at office, and it's white lilies with a big big soft toy dog)
3. My graduation day (2006)
4. Continuous of receiving 3 bouquets of flowers during my birthday month in year 2008. (1st-pink roses, 2nd-pink lilies, 3rd-red roses)
5. And this is the first bouquet of the year!

All together 7 bouquets of 7 years together...what a lovely husband I have. (I'm not boasting, but thankful of him being so lovely to me)

Thanks for the Memories

Finally I've bought my favorite author's novel -> Cecelia Ahern "Thanks for the Memories". I've been following her books since Uni time. If you can recall her previous work including P.S. I Love You, Where Rainbow Ends, If You Could See Me Now, A Place Called Here, these are the titles I've read except A Place Called Here.

Speaking about reading, this is one of my 2009 resolutions. I want to improve my vocab, language and creativity.

My other resolutions are as follows:
1. Spend time with God in person and pray as a couple
2. Be more involve in local church
3. Learn to cook more delicious meal and be more creative in cooking
4. Pick up Photoshop skill
5. Finish up a book a month
6. Spend QUALITY time with Myhubby

My challenge

When I told my hubby and sis about this blog, they laugh at me! Saying this will only lasted for few days...and the first few blogs will be my last too!! They are too much

To proof them wrong, I will continue to blog...

Separate, the first time

This is the first time, me & Myhubby separate from each other after our wed. He's away for Nikon photography course in Penang while I'm in PJ working (yes, working on the Boxing Day) I already missing him. The house is very quiet except the "tik" "tik" sounds from the keyboard.

Things to do finish up before I leave for Ipoh tomorrow. Hurray...at last, can go back Ipoh and get pamperred by my super-good-parents =)

Things to do:
1. Sweep floors & mop
2. Wash the toilet
3. Tidy our bedroom
4. Organize the cupboard

Should be enough to fill up my night.

The Day...

All these while been thinking of writing my journey of life, so in future I can look back whether I've lived my life well. Today is the day where I decided to create my own blog. To write down my thoughts, my experiences, my happiness, my sad moments...It's all about ME, MY STORY, before I leave this earth.
